Desiraye Moonheart, Jedi Knight
Purple Lightsaber
When Desiraye was a little girl her parents noticed she had special powers. She could see things before they happened and had faster reflexes than other kids. She was confused and had nowhere to turn to explain why she was so sensitive. One day this weird man showed up and no one knew who he was. He had on a white tunic and a brown hooded robe. Attached to his belt was a short metal tube. He explained that he was a Jedi knight and that the force had brought him to the house. Desiraye was confused and intrigued at the same time. He went on to explain the reason she had special powers is because she is force sensitive. Now her interest was piqued. The Jedi continued to explain that he was there because he sensed her presence and confusion. He offered her a chance to learn to use the Force and control her powers. She accepted even though it meant leaving her home and her parents. She was going to miss them greatly, but she knew she was called to the greater good. So, she followed the Jedi to the temple and eventually became his Padawan. After learning much from her master, they encountered a Sith lord. The evil Sith lord was strong with the dark side of the force. During the battle she was knocked unconscious and her worst nightmare became reality. The Sith lord had killed her mentor and best friend. From that day on she vowed her loyalty to the Jedi and to fight for peace and balance in the force.

Ja’En Nexu, Jedi Master
Green Lightsaber
Ja’En Nexu was a Jedi Knight during the Clone Wars. His origins are unknown, being picked up as a child by a Jedi Master after aggressive negotiations with a freighter captain who did not give any background. The freighter crew had nicknamed him “Nexu” because he could “see like the 4 eyed nexu cat”, often reacting to danger before the others knew it was coming. Ja’En was able to escape Order 66 because he was on a secret assignment in the Chiss Ascendancy countering Trade Federation agents looking for allies. He then went into hiding on Copero, a Chiss planet with large shipyards that supplied news from other areas of the Galaxy. After joining the very small human community on Copero and believing he could never return to the Jedi Temple, Ja’En was married and had a son. Sensing strong force abilities in his son, Talon, he started training him as a Padawan.
Krayt Ruh, Sith Assassin
Red Lightsaber
After crashing in a remote area of Tatooine, Tusken Radiers killed all the survivors of a large transport ship including Krayt’s family. The Tuskens sold him to a trader that sold him to the Huts. Growing up as a Hut slave, his hidden force abilities allowed him to easily learn many fighting styles by watching the Huts’ guards, henchmen, and bounty hunters. As a teenager, he used these abilities to escape, killing many of the guards. He immediately hunted down as many Tuskens as he could, killing all he found. His ruthlessness gained him a reputation among the Sand People who began referring to him as the Krayt Ruh (dragon ghost). This allowed an unknown Sith Lord to locate him and take him on as an apprentice and assassin.
