1. Start with your saber out to your right side at a 45 degree angle, feet shoulder width apart
2. When salute is called, roll your saber back and bring blade to be up and center facing while the hilt is at chest level. Bring your Right Foot and Left Foot together at the same time
3. Step forward with your Left Foot, Thrust your saber forward.
   • Your saber should be pointed straight ahead and level with the ground. The hilt centered off your navel
4. Step forward with your Right Foot, and perform a calvary cut to the left side
   • (Swing your saber flat, behind your back with tip pointed down, and end in a angled slice) 
5. Step forward with your Left Foot, repeat step 4 but to the Right Side
6. Step forward with your Right Foot, and sweep your saber across your body from Right to Left. 
   • (Your saber should be at a 45 degree angle centered off your navel)
7. Step forward with your Left Foot, and sweep your saber across your body from Left to Right. 
   • (Your saber should be at a 45 degree angle centered off your navel)
8. Step forward with your Right Foot, drop the tip of your saber down as if you were blocking an incoming low strike, and bring your saber up into a Left Shoulder guard
   • (Saber straight up and down, 6 inches away from your body)
9. Step forward with your Left Foot, repeat to the Right Shoulder guard
10. Step forward with your Right Foot, and drop your tip again in a blocking motion before bringing the saber high above your head at a 45 degree angle
11. Step forward with your Left Foot, bring your saber straight down in a striking motion towards the ground
    • (Do not hit the ground)
12. Step forward with your Right Foot, Thrust your saber forward.
    • (Your saber should be pointed straight ahead and level with the ground. The hilt centered off your navel)

1. Forward shuffle to the Right, chamber saber on Right Hip. 
   • (When chambering, swap to a one handed grip. Hilt is level with the ground, emitter of saber should still be seen)
2. Forward shuffle to the Left, chamber saber on Left Hip
   • (When chambering, swap to a one handed grip. Hilt is level with the ground, emitter of saber should still be seen)
3. Staying in place, perform the Right Shoulder guard
4. Step forward with your Right Foot, perform the calvary cut to the Left Side
   • (Swing your saber flat, behind your back with tip pointed down, and end in a angled slice) 
5. Step forward with your Left Foot, perform the calvary cut to the Right Side
   • (Swing your saber flat, behind your back with tip pointed down, and end in a angled slice) 
6. Step forward with your Right Foot, bring your feet together while thrusting your saber forward
   • Your saber should be pointed straight ahead and level with the ground. The hilt centered off your navel
7. Spin your saber forward as you step your Right Foot away from your Left Foot, ending in the starting position
